Supporting leaders to lead
The task of leadership is complex and demanding, confronting us with the limits of our knowing while, at the same time, requiring us to take decisive action. At times, leaders will benefit from external support. 
 
Through 1-to-1 coaching, we provide leaders with:
  • support, insight and a listening ear
  • help to articulate your concerns and explore different ways of responding to persistent challenges
  • challenge to go deeper to stretch your leadership capability
  • encouragement to identify and realise your personal and professional goals.

Helping teams work better together
Successful team work requires skilful communication and cooperation between group members and across group boundaries, yet often these capabilities are difficult to achieve when they are most needed. 
Our offer to teams falls into 3 broad categories:
:
  1. Conflict or crisis work - help when teams or groups find themselves in difficulty for whatever reason
  2. Leadership Team Effectiveness - support to establish/develop a shared sense of purpose, identity and effective ways of working
  3. Reflective spaces - regular opportunities for teams to meet without a structured agenda to reflect on and make sense of what they're working on and how they're working together.
