Pauline Holland
Coach, Consultant & Facilitator
Coach, Consultant & Facilitator
Pauline is the Founder of Limen Associates. She is a certified Executive Coach, a Team Coach and certified LDI Facilitator, with over 25 years’ experience of working with leaders and their teams to help them navigate the anxieties, stresses and joys of organisation change, transitions, and transformations.
She is passionate about helping leaders do the inner, personal work that enables them to have a strong leadership presence and positive impact on the people they lead and the clients and customers they serve. Her practice is rooted in her own experience of finding the courage to stand in her own life on the threshold between the familiar and the frightening, yet highly attractive, unknown; to leave old worlds behind, while not yet sure of the new existence, finding the space where, in the words of Richard Rohr, genuine newness begins.
She is a strong advocate for reflective practice in organisations, believing that time to think is too easily sacrificed in fast paced, time pressured environments. She specialises in human systems and group processes, working with leaders and teams who have become stuck or caught up in
unproductive conflict.
Pauline offers shadow consulting and supervision to others in her profession. She is a founding Board member of the Organisation Development Network for Europe - a now thriving European network for organisation development practitioners.

Dr Helen Morley, Certified LDI Facilitator
Helen works as a developmental facilitator creating deep and sustainable transformation for individuals, teams and systems, by lovingly holding a space that enables and requires us to face the previously unspoken truths essential to unblocking processes and creating possibilities.
She is passionate about working on the edge of boundaries and borders and drawing together unusual and eclectic approaches and forms of knowledge. She has worked as an electronic engineer, has a PhD in Philosophy, has taught and researched at University level, and now supports the development of teachers and leaders through learning experiences and the development of intentional communities of practice.
She has always found beauty in understanding the world through organisational and physical systems, and has a deep, unquenchable curiosity about people. She now increasingly brings a gentle approach to learning from our bodies and emotions to enable us more freely and playfully explore our realities and make empowered and empowering choices in our work and lives.
